Hi, I’m Amanda Lewis — a certified Health & Wellness Coach with 7+ years of experience guiding women toward vibrant energy, inner balance, and lasting confidence.

My wellness journey began after struggling with burnout and hormone imbalance. I searched for answers in every trend and supplement, but real change came only when I embraced a mindful, whole-body approach.

Today, I blend practical nutrition, gentle movement, and mindset coaching to help you feel strong, calm, and in control of your health. Whether your goal is to reduce fatigue, balance hormones, or simply feel amazing in your body — I’ve got your back.
